In order to get help with a repair or an issue in the unit, residents can create a maintenance request online explaining the issue and its priority.

There is no assigned parking at Occidental Apartments, but there is street parking available.

Every apartment at the Occidental Apartments has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, individual A/C, and hardwood floors.

No, the Occidental Apartments does not offer furnished apartments. 


Most applications will be approved or denied within 2 business days. 

Yes, the combined income of a household must be at least 2.5x monthly rent for approval.

Residents may pay rent via check, credit card, or electronic payment.

Residents have the option to pay an additional $13 a month for renters insurance or use a 3rd party insurance.

No, residents are responsible for the duration of their lease terms. 

Please set up your utilities directly with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), Ratio Utility Billing (RUBS) and your preferred internet/cable provider.

No utilities are included in your rent. Electricity payments are paid directly through LADWP.  While both water and trash are on a RUBS program.
